I met a man on a bus
who claimed he taught Alfred Einstein everything he knew
maybe he did
but who the hell was Alfred Einstein?

this same man tried to make a case

his reasoning was that
humans live beyond the age of procreation--
he also told me that he is a self-made man
I wonder if that means--in the time-space continuum--
that he is his own father?

of less-developed phyla
An embryo starts as a cell
and progresses through tadpole to fish
to the lower mammals
And finally to Man
And development arrests
The child advances no further
Governmental rules follow where natural laws end
Reason does little in this machine
Reason with instinct can lead to awareness
of surroundings and self

Utopia is only possible beyond the physical
