Go Fightin' Broilers!

The monologue came to mind at 70mph on the road one day. Fortunately, I had my tape recorder with me. I used a McDonald's website graphic and a Poser figure, and recorded the audio with ProTools.

Food Service Worker:
It's no wonder the service at our drive-thru here is slow. It's our Manager! Actually, he's an assistant manager, but he makes us call him "The Manager." I guess it's because of his age—he's older than a lot of the managers here, and I should know because I have seen 'em come and I have seen ‘em go! Maybe he's the way he is because of those tight pants he wears. I don't know. All I do know is, while we're trying to do our work, he's always talking to us about his days in college, about how wild he was in college, about how much he loved college. And you know, he's talking about Burger King College! Which is funny, too, 'cause this is McDonald's, not Burger King? I guess that says something about him too, huh?
